Compatriots Burke and Martin present program to SCV
On Tuesday night, 26 July 2022, Compatriot's Steve Burke and Bernard Martin traveled to Thomson to present their programs to the Thomson Guards SCV Camp at the McDuffie County Library at 7 p.m. There were about 35 in attendance.
Burke presented his program on all the artifacts that he has fabricated from roadkill and the many weapons that were used during the Revolutionary War period. He recognized Compatriot Woody Woodard, who was in attendance, for his input on Black Powder weapons and all of the Hog nosed skunks that he has provided to Burke to make skunk hats.
Martin also contributed to the presentation by his impersonation of a "French Trapper.
