District Attorney’s Office Presents Seventeen Bills of Indictment

The District Attorney’s Office presented 17 bills of indictment to the Grand Jury, and the Grand Jury returned 16 true bill and one no bill when the Emmanuel County Grand Jury convened on Tuesday, August 9, 2022 with The Honorable Tommy J. Smith presiding.

Timothy Frank Wright (no bill) one count burglary in the first degree and one count interference with government property.

Shelton Anthony Wright one count habitual violator and tone count seat belt violation.

Antonia Terry Phillips tone count obstruction of an officer, one count maintaining a disorderly house.

Adam Lloyd Hackle II one count terroristic threats.

Jerry Lee Driggers, Jr. one count cruelty to a child in the first degree and one count possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Bobby Lee Parker one count theft by taking and one count entering an automobile.

Jason Glenn Wilkerson one count burglary in the second degree and possession of a tool for the commission of a crime.

Raymond Learns Shanks, Jr. one count possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Garnell Schuyler Coney one count suspended license, one count habitual violator, one count obstruction of an officer, and one count operation of an unregistered vehicle.

Samantha Pearl Clark one count of fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and one count of giving false information to a law enforcement officer.

Robert Lee Mack one count of obstruction of an officer and once count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Samantha Lee Gatlin, Sarah Beth Hackle, and Robert Dustin Morris one count of possession of heroin (Gatlin and Morris), one count possession of oxycodone (Gatlin and Morris), one count operation of an unregistered vehicle (Gatlin and Morris), one count possession of methamphetamine (Hackle), one count of a drug related object (Hackle).

Verlon Wadley, Jr. one count possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, one count obstruction of an officer, one count suspended license, one count no proof of insurance, one count window tint violation.

Burwell Jordan (Jody) Drew III one count terroristic threats.

Darrick Alcott Mann two counts aggravated assault.

Gregory Lamont Jordan, Jr. two counts burglary in the first degree.

German Xaire Centuri Wimberly one count aggravated assault, one count possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
