ECI FFA holding spring plant sale

Emanuel County Institute FFA will be selling a variety of spring bedding plants and hanging baskets as part of its spring plant sale. There are three different dates: March 31 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., April 1 from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., and April 2 from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. The sale will be held inside the ECI greenhouse behind the school.

Varieties include petunias, zinnias, begonias, salvia, marigold, impatiens, geraniums, and ferns. The plant science classes at ECI grew the plants, and the money is used to support the FFA program by supplying more plants each year.

Questions should be directed to Tori Pellerin at tori.pellerin@emanuel.k12.ga.us. ECI FFA will begin pulling plants on Wednesday morning at opening; these will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is a limited supply. To access the greenhouse, pull on South College Street and turn in through the gate to go to behind ECI beside the baseball field. Students will be available to load vehicles.
