EGHC mobile unit bringing healthcare to TCE

Emanuel County Schools and East Georgia Health Care Center (EGHC) have partnered to open the EGHC mobile unit clinic at Twin City Elementary (TCE). Beginning in September, the new clinic will offer healthcare services to TCE students and staff one day a week.

According to Jean Marie Hunter, “East Georgia Healthcare Center is extremely excited about the opportunity this partnership provides for both the school system and our organization. High quality healthcare delivered where individuals who need it, work, go to school, or live is one of our main missions. We hope to continue to expand this program over the next few months and years to encompass more patients in need of a patient-centered medical home.”
