EGSC clubs, organizations host Hurricane Relief Car Wash

East Georgia State College student clubs and organizations hosted a car wash for hurricane relief on Thursday, September 30, at EGSC-Swainsboro. Students involved in clubs and organizations washed cars and sold basil plants for $3.

The car wash was free, but donations were greatly appreciated to help hurricane victims. EGSC students raised more than $350 during the event. All donations will be sent to the Red Cross Hurricane Relief Effort to help people on the Gulf Coast and in Haiti.
