Emanuel Medical Center merge clinics
In an effort to better meet the needs of Emanuel County, Emanuel Medical Center is making some changes to some of their clinics. Emanuel Healthcare Center, on the second floor of Emanuel Medical Center will merge with Swainsboro Healthcare (305 Kite Rd.) on November 14, 2022. EHCC has served this community for 4 years. We feel privileged and recognize the important role this clinic has played in the community. We are deeply grateful to our team members and caregivers who have served EHCC patients with compassion and excellence. The newly merged clinic will remain open the following hours: Saturdays 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and Sundays 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm. The contact information will remain the same, 478-289-1240.
In addition, as of November 14, 2022, Smith Clinic at 114 South Jefferson Street, Swainsboro will merge with Swainsboro Internal Medicine at 131 A Victory Drive, Swainsboro with Dr. Anthony Howard and Mason Smith, PA-C continuing to meet the needs of their patients. The contact information will remain the same, 478-237-7517.

We will perform the same comprehensive evaluation of patients with Chronic Diseases, conduct Sports Physicals, Wellness Visits for adults and children, Worker’s Comp, Drug Screens, and Sick Visits throughout this transition. We will provide you with the information to manage your healthcare needs, knowing what to treat and when makes your patient management more efficient and cost-effective.
