Expecting couple honored with baby shower

On June 26, 2021 at 1 p.m., new parents-to-be, Ms. Allison Strange and Mr. Tommy Hadden were honored with a baby shower at United Fellowship Baptist Church.

Ms. Strange’s mother, Jennifer Strange; Ms. Strange’s sister, Christy Davis; Ms. Strange’s aunt, Cortney Gaddy; and two of Ms. Strange’s friends, Penny Jones and Stephanie Jones, hosted the event.

The soon-to-be new mother chose a red dress for the occasion.

Joining the honorees and hostesses for the shower were guests Ricky Strange, Chris Gaddy, Jaxson Gaddy, Jonathan Gaddy, Madison Moody, Maude Strange, Tracy Strange, Jamie Hall, Stacy Callahan, Wally Rhoden, Ashley Woods, Frank Woods, Amanda Knott, Amanda Mimbs, Kayleigh McVey, Krista Phillips, Lynsey Johnson, Tommy Hadden Sr., Rachel Hadden, Leta Hadden, Billy Beasley, Theresa Lindsey, Garret Ingram, and Addalyn Mimbs.

Food and refreshments such as fruit and vegetable trays, hamburger dip, bean dip, pigs in the blanket, pimento cheese sandwiches, meatballs, cake, cookies, and punch were served. Gifts received included a car seat, a swing, a bassinet, a high chair, diapers, wipes, a walker, and clothes.

Ms. Strange’s due date is August 15, 2021. The baby, Hudson Eugene Hadden, will be welcomed home by big sister Hendley Kate Hadden.
