Franklin Memorial Library to show Halloween movies for free

Area citizens are invited to join Franklin Memorial Library for Halloween movies throughout the month of October.

Jessica Appleby has arranged an exciting, festive line-up of movies to show. This programming is supported by the library’s acquisition of a Swank movie license.

“I love these Halloween classics, and many young parents do, too. Why shouldn’t we give parents the opportunity to share these childhood favorites with their kids?” said Appleby.

These 90s classics will be shown every Tuesday throughout the month at 4 p.m. in the Smith Room. There will also be free popcorn.

Additionally, Franklin Memorial Library will be closed October 7 for regional staff training.
