Grand jury returns 36 true bills


After a grand jury convention on Wednesday, March 10, 2021, 65 bills of indictment have been returned. This number indicates that all cases presented by the district attorney’s office for the January 2021 term yielded true bills. Those indictments were as follows:


Dominic Trevell Davis – one count fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and one count driving under the influence of alcohol.


• Vander Daniel Cowart – one count fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and one count reckless driving.


• Dale Marty Hill Jr. – one count aggravated assault (family violence), one count cruelty to a child in the third degree, and one count battery (family violence).


Douglas Gerod Franklin Jr. – one count fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, one count possession of hydrocodone, one count possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, and one count obstruction of an officer.


Jeremiah Daniel Porter – one count possession of contraband by an inmate, one count possession of methamphetamine, and one count possession of marijuana (less than one ounce).


Stacia Ambrianna Burke – one count aggravated assault.


Trystian Samantha Burke – one count aggravated assault.


Sharon Renee Hozey – four counts aggravated assault.


Kimberly Danielle Jackson, also known as Kimberly Danielle Meeks – one count aggravated assault.


Brionna Rae Lynch – one count aggravated assault.


Skyler Maria Martin – one count aggravated assault.


Crystal Lynn Akridge, also known as Crystal Akridge Lane, and Melissa Susan Librizzi – one count first-degree burglary.


Phillipe Aaron Riner – one count aggravated stalking.


Fioon Lakeal Robertson – one count second-degree burglary.


Artis J. Ford – one count aggravated assault.


Kasey Allen Sikes – one count possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute.


Blake Curtis Cook – one count possession of a Schedule III controlled substance (buprenorphine hydrochloride) and one count possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.


Dakota Bobby-Bryant Blount – one count sale of methamphetamine.


Tracy Delaine Kirkland – one count fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer.


Damien Scott W. Wallace – one count fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and one count suspended license.


Jasmine Brooke Edge and Isaac Hunter Lyles – one count trafficking in methamphetamine.


Nicholas Alexander Gladin – two counts sale of methamphetamine, one count possessions f methamphetamine, one count possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, one count possession of drug-related objects, and one count possession of a firearm by a convinced felon.


Angie Salinas – two counts sale of methamphetamine, one count possessions f methamphetamine, one count possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and one count possession of drug-related objects.


Walter Lamar Dickerson – one count possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute.


Barry Mandrelle Davis – one count tampering with evidence.


Nicholas Jovantay Hall – one count possession of methamphetamine and one count obstruction of an officer.


Jamieson Jashawn Lee Dorsey – one count fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, one count second-degree criminal damage to property, one count possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, one count possession of a drug-related object, one count reckless driving, and one count improper headlights.


Frisscardo Garnell Bostic – one count possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, one count fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, one count obstruction of an officer, one count suspended license, one count violation of duty upon striking fixed object, one count tag light violation, and one count failure to maintain lane.


Charlie Lambry – one count aggravated cruelty to animals.


Michael Anthony Denson – one count possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, one count fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, and one count obstruction of an officer.


Aaron Michael Williams – four counts sale of methamphetamine.


Jonathan Donta Coney – four counts second-degree cruelty to a child, one count obstruction of an officer, and one count fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer.


Miguel Gutierres – one count kidnapping, one count criminal attempt to commit a felony (kidnapping), one count first-degree burglary, one count possession of tools for the commission of a crime, and two counts aggravated stalking.


Corenthius Damal Lekeith Wilcher – one count possession of amphetamine with intent to distribute, one count possession of marijuana (less than one ounce), and once count obstruction of an officer.


Russell Clinton Givens Jr. – one count aggravated assault, one count first-degree burglary, one count false imprisonment, and one count second-degree damage to property.


Christopher Sanchez Parker – one count second-degree burglary.


Jonathan Wade Futch – one count aggravated battery and one count aggravated assault.


Shannon O’Brian McKinney Jr. – one count second-degree damage to property.


Javaris Damon Johnson – one count aggravated assault.
