Homecoming postponed at Nunez Baptist, revival still scheduled

Homecoming, tentatively planned for this Sunday at Nunez Baptist Church, has been postponed until later this fall. Revival meetings, however, are still scheduled to begin the evening of Sunday, September 12, and continue through the evening of Wednesday, September 15.

Featured speakers for the revival will be: Rev. Joe Bedgood on Sunday night, Rev Reece Mincey on Monday night, Rev. Mark Sweat on Tuesday night, and Rev. Mark Wiggins on Wednesday night.

Special music will be featured each night of revival. Services will begin at 6 p.m. on Sunday and at 7 p.m. during the week.

Sunday morning services will revert to the regular schedule with Sunday school beginning at 10 a.m. and morning service at 11. Reverend Louis Pearce will bring the morning message.

Rev. Jim Harrell, pastor of Nunez Baptist, extends an invitation to all those who attend or who have attended the church as well as to the general public. For questions, contact Rev. Harrell at 478-494-2418 or Courtney Terwilliger at 478-494-4512.
