One defendant sentenced in superior court

The Emanuel County Superior Court convened last week to address one felony case resulting in a probation sentence.

Richard Justin Lumpkin negotiated a guilty plea for a felony charge for terroristic threats. He was sentenced to 5 years to be served on probation and fined $50. Lumpkin was given credit for time served in custody from December 30, 2021.
