Ricky Williams, age 60, entered into eternal peace on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at his home. A Celebration of Life and Legacy was held Sunday, January 28, at 2 p.m. at St. Philip Baptist Church with Rev. James E. Love officiating. Interment followed in the Swainsboro City Cemetery.

Ricky was born October 27, 1963, in Metter, to James Carlyle and the late Geraldine Williams. He was a 1982 graduate of Emanuel County Institute. Ricky retired from Silva Cleaning Service Floor and More. He loved music, watching westerns and his tomato plants. Mr. Williams is preceded in death by his mother; sister, Michelle Carlyle; and brothers, Denver Ray Byrd and Tom Pierce.

Mr. Williams leaves to cherish his memories with his father; companion of 35 years, Melrose Coney of Swainsboro; daughters, Stacy Steele of Duluth, Kenosha Williams, Nakia Williams, Fahneshia Coney and Cenondrea Coney, all of Swainsboro; sons, Santonio Cuyler, Mick Coney and Schuyler, all of Swainsboro and Brien Coney of Sparta, Wisconsin; sisters, Sonya Mincey of NJ, Stephanie Braddy of Lawrenceville and Felicia West of Norfolk, VA; brothers, Kelvin Carlyle of Stanford, CA, Steve Williams and Walt Braddy, both of Plainfield, NJ; spiritual brother, Kenneth Parrish of Prince George’s County, MD; 14 grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Mosley’s Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
