Skunk Brigade members attended the South Atlantic District at the Hilton Hotel in Atlanta. Steve Burke and Dess Smith of the Wiregrass Chapter, and Lee Herron of the Brier Creek Chapter participated in the Award-Winning Color Guard. They discussed events including Elijah Clarke Heroes of the Hornets’ Nest, Kettle Creek Battlefield event, Leadership Conference, 247th Brier Creek Battlefield Event and the Education Day at the Brier Creek Event. The South Atlantic District is made up of members from GA, FL, SC and NC.
