April 25
Officers were dispatched to Budget Inn in reference to a dispute.
Officers went to Wincore in reference to a felony probation warrant to be served on offender. Offender was transported to EmCo Jail.
Officers were dispatched to Anderson St. in reference to a male and female arguing and it appeared that the female was trying to run over the male who was now walking in the woods. Officer observed the female walking out of the woods, then observed two unattended infants inside the vehicle. Female was transported to EmCo Jail.
April 26
Officer was at Enmarket and observed a male subject that the manager wanted trespassed from the property, Offender was issued a criminal trespass notice and informed not to return
Officers were dispatched to Pine St. in reference to a reckless driver. While enroute, officers were informed the vehicle turned into Mike’s Food Mart. The driver was inside the store, then exited the parking lot. Officer followed the vehicle and observed the driver fail to stop at a stop sign, at which time he initiated a traffic stop. While speaking with the driver, officer noticed his speech was slow and was asked to exit the vehicle. Officer observed the driver to be unsteady on his feet and was leaning up on the vehicle. Officer spoke with the passenger and asked about illegal drugs being on him and he stated no. Passenger was found to have a straw with a white residue on it, a glass pipe with white residue inside it and a small container with oxycodone in it. Both offenders were transported to EmCo Jail.
Officers were dispatched to Tiger Trl. In reference to complainant stating someone stole her dog.
Officers responded to Racetrack St. due to complainant stating her ex-boyfriend hit her and busted her lip and she was bleeding badly.
Officer observed a vehicle with dark tinted windows, at which time he initiated a traffic stop. Driver stated he did not have a valid license and provided his name and DOB. It was confirmed that the driver’s license is revoked. Offender was transported to EmCo Jail.
Officers were assisting GSP with a routine license check on E. Main St. when a vehicle had a strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. The driver and passenger were instructed to pull off the side of the road and asked to exit the vehicle. During the search, marijuana was found.

Officer was dispatched to Lambs Bridge Rd. in reference to a 911 hang up call.
April 27
Officer observed a vehicle with a tinted license plate cover and dark window tint, at which time he initiated a traffic stop. The driver’s license was found to be suspended. Offender was transported to EmCo Jail.
April 28
Officer was dispatched to Bradford Inn in reference to a male caller stating he was threatened.
Officer took a walk-in report where complainant stated someone was trying to open her residence door and when she called out to them, they fled. C/p advised the same thing happened two nights in a row and she found a threatening note on her door.
Officer took a walk-in report where complainant stated she lost her keys that had her wallet attached to them. C/p advised she later found her keys laying on the ground by the mailbox and her wallet was a few feet from them and her and her son’s SS cards were missing. C/p also stated she found some pieces from her car on the ground nearby.
Officer was dispatched to Mary Ann St. in reference to complainant stating a female took his debit card and tried to use it, but he canceled it through his bank.
Officers were dispatched to Easy Stop in reference to an underage male trying to buy alcohol. Officers were advised the vehicle left the premises and headed towards WalMart. The vehicle was observed at Sonic, at which time officers made contact with the vehicle and spoke with both subjects. Offender stated he and the store clerk were arguing because they would not sell him cigars and he was advised that nobody under the age of 21 could pay for them. Offender had a bad attitude about the incident and was placed under arrest for disorderly conduct and transported to EmCo Jail. It was determined that offender was on probation for several entering automobiles.
Officer responded to New St. in reference to a rape. Victim stated a man had a gun and pushed her into her residence and raped her. Officer was advised to take victim to EMC ER. Victim stated she kept telling offender to stop and he refused. Investigation has been started.
April 30
Officer took a walk-in report where complainant stated he misplaced his wallet or it was stolen containing his ID card, DL, medical card, SS card and other personal information in it.
Officer received a call about a juvenile pointing a gun at another juvenile and stealing some items.
Officers were dispatched to Budget Inn in reference to a third-party caller stating she believes a male and female were fighting. Officers observed a female walking from the room and seemed upset. Officer began knocking on the door and the male subject opened the door bleeding profusely from the top of his head. He stated he asked his girlfriend to cook him something to eat, and she struck him with a cast-iron skillet multiple times. EMS was dispatched but victim refused treatment. Female was arrested and transported to EmCo Jail.
May 1
Officer performed a traffic stop and ran the tag on a vehicle to find the registered owner was wanted by ECSO. Offender was transported to EmCo Jail.
May 2
Officer was dispatched to EMC ER in reference to a dog bite victim. Complainant stated he and his grandchild were walking their dog and three other dogs approached and charged at them. Victim put himself in between his grandchild and dog in an effort to protect them and sustained bite wounds to his left ankle, both thighs, chest and arms. Two of the dogs were retrieved by AC1.
May 3
Officer was dispatched to S. Main St. in reference to complainant stating her juvenile son took his toy splat gun to the Pine Tree Festival and a group of kids walked up and took it away from him.
May 4
Officers were dispatched to Hopkins St. in reference to a dispute.
Officers responded to Shearhouse St. in reference to a loud music complaint. Officer observed a large number of vehicles parked on both sides of the road and a crowd of people in the front of houses. A majority of the crowd dispersed but some were arguing back and forth. The owner of the residence was arguing with the neighbor over the fence and officer got c/o away from the fence and asked what was going on. C/p stated offender, and his nephew went over to the residence and started telling them to turn the music off and they began to argue, and offender clutched a gun on his waist and told them they were going to turn the music off. C/p then shoved offender to the ground and offender’s nephew stepped up and he shoved him to the ground. While officers were at offenders’ residence, he was arrested for making a terroristic threat about c/p in the presence of officers.
Officer was approached by offender who was stumbling and highly intoxicated. Offender became irate while being asked questions and was arrested for public intoxication.
Officer was dispatched to WalMart in reference to complainant stating a vehicle went around another vehicle and almost struck the buggy he was pushing, then sped off. Officer watched the security camera footage and saw the incident as described but never made contact with the vehicle.
Officer was dispatched to Industrial Way in reference to a vehicle in the ditch. The vehicle had two occupants inside, one being a juvenile. Officer observed a strong odor of alcoholic beverage coming from the driver and he had bloodshot, watery eyes. The driver exited the vehicle, and officer observed him unsteady on his feet and using the vehicle for balance. Driver stated he drove from SC and was headed to Vidalia and asked for a ride to the gas station. Offender was transported to EmCo Jail and the juvenile was turned over to offender’s uncle.
