Swainsboro High School is celebrating the outstanding accomplishments of its Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) members who recently competed at the Georgia FCCLA State Leadership Conference.

Among the standout competitors were Jakayla Coleman, Tykerria Phillips, and Ansley Turner, who distinguished themselves by earning gold medals for their remarkable work on the Sustainability Challenge STAR project. Their impressive efforts not only earned them top honors but also secured a coveted spot at the FCCLA National Leadership Conference this summer, where they will proudly represent Swainsboro on a national stage.

Additionally, Katelyn Kersey showcased her professionalism and poise in the Job Interview STAR event, also earning a gold medal for her remarkable efforts.

The Swainsboro High School community expressed immense pride in the hard work and dedication of all its FCCLA members. Their commitment to preparing and presenting their projects exemplifies the leadership and excellence that the school strives to instill in every student. As these talented individuals prepare for the national competition, their success serves as an inspiration to their peers and a testament to the values instilled within the Swainsboro High School community.
