Swainsboro High School students excelled at the recent Career and Technical Instruction (CTI) State Leadership Conference in Eatonton, Georgia. This annual spring event brings together high school students from across the state to compete in events aligned with a wide variety of career pathways. The conference is designed to allow students to apply their skills in real-world settings and present their work to volunteer judges who are professionals in their respective fields.
Through events ranging from public speaking to culinary arts, students can demonstrate critical employability skills such as time management, professionalism, and effective communication. These experiences not only help participants grow in their chosen career pathways but also expose them to new and exciting opportunities in the workforce.
