Tristyn Derriun ‘Pop” Mays, age 19, passed away tragically on Monday, November 17, 2025. A Celebration of Life was held Sunday, November 23, at 1 p.m. at St. Philip Missionary Baptist Church.

Tristyn was born May 4, 2006, in Swainsboro, to Shimica Carter Brown and Derrish Mays. He was a proud student of Gwinnett County School System. Mr. Mays is preceded in death by his maternal great-grandmother, Stella Brantley; and God-parents, Kathleen and Frank Coleman, Jr.

Mosley’s Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
