Have you received a call from someone posing as a Federal Agent stating you had not ap-peared as a juror in Federal Court? If you haven’t yet, you could receive that call. This is a scam! The caller will seem legitimate because he gives a fake badge number and uses a federal judge’s name, saying you will have to appear before the judge in Savannah. He then insists that you pay over the phone a large fine for Failure to Appear to avoid being picked up by law enforcement. One number being used for this scam is 404.825.4711. Do not give these con art-ists your information.
