The David Emanuel Academy Varsity Girls’ Basketball team traveled to Douglasville on February 20, to compete against Harvester Christian Academy in the first round of GIAA state playoffs. The game ended in a close loss of 49-41 for the Eagles. Leading the Lady Eagles in points was Addalyn Terwilliger with 13 points. Emma Proctor and Kylie Bell contributed with 9 points each followed by Aubrey Williams with 6 points and Payton Peebles and Maddie Perkins each with 2 points.
