Debra Ann Smith, age 63, transitioned into eternal rest on Saturday, November 2, 2024, at Fairview Park Hospital in Dublin. A Celebration of Life was held Sunday, November 10, at 2 p.m. at Swainsboro City Cemetery with Elder D.G. Mosley officiating. Debra was born October 16, 1961, in Emanuel County, to the late David and Willie Pearl Smith. At an early age, she became a member at the Ohoopee Grove Baptist Church. Debra graduated from Wymore Tech in Orlando, FL in 1982. In 2002, she became a tech at Specialized Treatment Education & Prevention Services where she later became a drug counselor. Debra was a homemaker, loving to cook, sew, sing and be around family. Ms. Smith is preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Dephine Smith.

Ms. Smith leaves to cherish her memories with her children, Carnell Smith of Kentucky, Antonio Hall of Florida, Dietrich Hall, Demetrius Hall, Cherri Smalls, Candace Smalls, Falantay Smith, all of FL and LeMario Whitmore of GA; 18 grandchildren, all of FL; three great-grandchildren, all of FL; five siblings, Diane Dmith, Cynthia Smith, David Smith, Jr., Tyrone Smith, Sr. (Christie) and April Avery (Vincent); and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Mosley’s Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
