On March 21, the David Emanuel track team competed in the Gator Relays at Georgia Southern University. For the girls, Maddie Perkins came home with a fifth-place finish in the high jump and logged a seventh-place finish in the long jump. On the boys’ side, Jay Carter won second place in the discus, Tony Sutton finished fifth in the 100m, John-Nathan Martin took fifth in the 800m, Revan Fortner grabbed sixth in the 200m and the boys 4X100m relay team consisting of Billy Martin, Revan Fortner, John-Nathan Martin and Tony Sutton finished fourth.
