July 11
Deputy responded to Fair Ln. in reference to a dispute. Complainant advised he was walking his dogs and offender drove by on her golf cart at a really high speed with two children. C/p stated he has been having issues with offender for some time and wants it to stop. Deputy advised c/p of the process to seek in revolving this matter. Deputy then spoke with offender who stated c/p cussed at her when she drove by and that they have history together and don’t get along. Offender was advised to stay away from c/p.
July 15
Deputies responded to Dellwood Main St. in reference to complainant stating the ex-husband of her friend/victim was driving by her house yelling he was going to shoot her and kill her while victim was there.
July 16
Deputy received a report for a stolen debit card. Complainant advised she lost her cashapp card about 3-4 weeks ago and noticed it had been used at Dollar General and Hall’s in Twin City. C/p went to Dollar General and they pulled video footage to find a male subject using c/p’s card.
July 17
Complainant stated offender was dismissed from rehab on July 16 for breaking the rules and would not leave the property. C/p advised offender got intoxicated and was causing problems. Deputy responded to the location and contacted Jefferson County Jail due to them mandating offender to the program. Deputy was advised to place offender under arrest and transport him to EmCo Jail and they would pick him up. Deputy made contact with offender who was intoxicated, sweating profusely, unable to walk on his own and slurred speech. Offender was transported to EmCo Jail.

Contact was made with offender on Buckeye Dr. where a probation warrant was successfully executed for his arrest. Offender was transported to EmCo Jail.

Deputy observed a vehicle fail to yield on McLeod Bridge Rd., nearly causing an accident, at which time he attempted to initiate a traffic stop. The driver turned on Overstreet Rd. reaching a speed of 100 MPH in a 45 MPH zone. The vehicle made it to Ben Blvd. and continued to flee, driving recklessly. Deputy briefly lost visual of the vehicle then observed it as it missed a driveway. The driver gave up and stopped his vehicle. Deputy ordered offender to get out of the vehicle and was assisted to the ground after being advised several times to get on the ground. When offender was asked why he didn’t stop, he stated he did not see deputy with flashing lights behind him. Offender was transported to EmCo Jail.
July 19
Deputies responded to Heron Rd. in reference to a theft incident. A female subject was captured on a home security system entering onto the property and taking a kayak boat paddle. It was later determined that the offender and a male subject used the kayak to travel down the river. The same subjects were later observed on another security camera attempting a burglary of a residence on Egret Pl. and were caught in the act of burglary by deputies. During the investigation, Det. And deputy located both suspects, along with the stolen property. Both suspects were transported to EmCo Jail.
July 20
Deputies responded to Sunset Inn in reference complainant yelling someone was trying to hurt him and stated he took meth.
Deputy was flagged down at Thompson’s Mini Mart in reference to a TPO. Complainant advised offender went to his workplace and he avoided her then saw her taking pictures of his truck and license plate. Offender then went inside the store and told the clerk that c/p was a bad person and he didn’t have a license. Clerk then advised offender told her c/p was stalking her and wouldn’t leave her alone. Offender then left the area and c/p wanted a report due to them having a court hearing on an active TPO and wants offender to stop going around him.
Deputy responded to Rainbow Ridge to assist with a call in reference to an individual thinking someone was trying to kill him. Offender stated he wished to go to the ER for a mental evaluation and was escorted by deputy. After being placed in deputy’s unit, meth was observed on the rear bumper of a vehicle in the yard. While waiting on the Inv., deputy heard offender beating on the window of his patrol unit. Deputy spoke with offender and he advised the meth belonged to him. Offender was transported to EmCo Jail.
A report was made in reference to messages that were sent to complainant from offender. C/p stated offender is her biological grandfather and has been sending her messages from Wilcox State Prison where his is incarcerated. C/p stated she does not want offender to communicate with her due to the crimes he committed.
