Emanuel County BOE holds monthly meeting

The Emanuel County Board of Education met on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at 8:30 a.m. at the Central Office with the following members in attendance: John Allen Bailey, Sandra Swinney, Tanya Lane, Brandon Jones, John Allen Bailey, Johnny Parker and Del Brown. Cherie Hooks was absent. Chairman Del Brown welcomed everyone calling the meeting to order. Johnny Parker delivered the invocation followed by John Allen Bailey leading the Pledge of Allegiance. A motion was made by John Allen Bailey to accept the agenda as presented. Sandra Swinney Hooks seconded. John Allen Bailey, Sandra Swinney, Tanya Lane, Brandon Jones, Johnny Parker and Del Brown voted “yes”. CARRIED
