David Emanuel Academy Senior Eagle Billy Martin competed in the GIAA All-Star Basketball Tournament held March 8 – 9, at Strafford Academy in Macon. He was chosen by league coaches throughout the state as one of the All-Star competitors for Team Red. Martin is the son of Will and Allison Martin of Kite.
