Swainsboro Primary School recently had a canned food drive in which students brought in canned food to give to families in need within our community. Students collected a total of 1,655 cans. The top classes that brought in the most were Miss Devin Coxwell’s class with a total of 220, Miss Heather Canady’s class with a total of 207, and the winning class who brought in the most was Miss Denni Delinski’s class with a total of 283. The top class will receive a pizza party and the runners-up will receive a popcorn or popsicle party.
Thank you to all of our parents for supporting this cause and thank you to the Swainsboro Jaycees and Hawhammock Baptist Church for collecting all the cans. SPS is the best!
