The Swainsboro Police Department is excited to announce that the department is accepting applications for their “Shop with a Cop” program for 2023. The department staff is looking forward to selecting some children from our community to take on an exciting shopping spree with one of the men and women in blue. The agency began taking applications October 31, and will stop at 4 p.m. on December 1. The event will be held on December 11, at 6 p.m. The Police Department would like to thank all those responsible for making this annual event so special for the children of this community.
