On a recent trip, The Blade also went for a pleasant weekend in the Bahamas. Phyllis Shore, Shirley Boulineau, Kathie Barton, and Judy Hendrix attended a Women of Joy cruise to the Bahamas sponsored by Phil Waldrip Ministries. Presenters and entertainers included Big Daddy Weave, Whitney Capps, Lisa Harper, Charles Billingsley, Phil and Debbie Waldrip and Tasha Layton, to name a few. The trip was a great time of worship with some sightseeing in the afternoon.
