David Emanuel travelled to Savannah February 27 to take on the AAA St. Andrews Lions and came away with a big 8-5 win. The Eagles were led on the mound by Brody Fleming, Layton Terwilliger and Richard Braddy in a combined effort tallying 11 strikeouts in six 2/3 innings with Senior Jay Carter collecting the final out in a tense situation to earn the save. Junior Clayton Hood blasted a big homerun in the victory and Richard Braddy (3-4), Brody Fleming (2-4), and Tucker Free and Jay Carter each added a hit.
