The Kiwanis Club of Swainsboro held its weekly meeting Tuesday night, September 15, at the Georgia Southern University-East Georgia College Sudie Fulford Building at 6:30 p.m. With President Dianna Wedincamp presiding, they had 15 in attendance including guests Janine Hunter, Jimmy Hunter and Oskar Cerpovicz. Tim Goodman won the White Chocolate Raspberry Cake and Joelle Romanchik-Cerpovicz won the Domino’s Pizza. A multitude of attendees won door prizes that included a Home Sweet Home wall decoration, centerpiece flowers, jars of jelly and mustard toppings, and fresh plants.
Lt. Governor Janine Hunter installed the 2026-2027 Board members. Dess Smith, Wanda Ellis and Deana Patrick were installed as Board members, Dianna Wedincamp as President, Jeff Palmer as President-Elect, Dwight Watt as Vice President, Tim Goodman as Secretary, David Gribbin as Treasurer and Paul Cerpovicz as Immediate Past President. Tim Goodman gave Perfect Attendance Certificates to Cheryl Goodman, Dianna Wedincamp and himself, and President Dianna gave her right-hand-man award to Deana Patrick.
