During the week of September 14, Family Connection assisted Rhett Harper in teaching his Ag Education classes about chicken production by making Chicken Enchiladas. Tammy Allen, Family Connection Coordinator, took the Charlie Cart mobile kitchen program into the classroom to teach the students cooking skills and nutrition information to supplement structured lesson plans. The students enjoyed the enchiladas that they made while Mr. Harper reviewed the lesson on the different parts of the chicken
