Billy Kim Youmans, age 62, passed away Saturday, June 20, 2026, at Fairview Park Hospital. Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 25, at 2 p.m. in the Chan Stanley Memorial Chapel of Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory with Rev. Richard Stavley officiating. Interment will follow at Westview Cemetery. Family will receive friends Thursday, June 25, from 1 to 1:45 p.m. at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be David Norris, Wess Shiver, Chase Collins, Bruce Roberts, Brent Ross and Bryce Wilkerson.
Kim was born November 24, 1963, in Swainsboro, to the late Billy J. Youmans and Gloria Ann Hooks Youmans. Kim was the previous owner of Ed’s Truck Stop in Swainsboro and was a Bail Bondsman. Kim previously lived in Hilton Head Island, SC for 2 ½ years before moving back to Georgia.
Mr. Youmans is survived by his wife, Sheila Parker Youmans; daughter, Ashley Brook Youmans Mace (Tim); sisters, Pam Youmans Edenfield (Smith) and Lisa Youmans Shaw (Marion); nephew, William Kendall Parker, II; and three grandchildren.
Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
